The platform reads inbound customer email, classifies and routes each message, drafts context-aware replies using your store's order history, shipping status, and product knowledge base, and lets your team review and send those replies from the same Gmail address you already use.
SwiftCS also synchronizes order, shipping, and customer data from WooCommerce, UPS, and ShipStation so the AI has full context on each customer's situation before drafting a reply.

How SwiftCS uses Google data
When you sign in with Google, SwiftCS connects to your Gmail account so it can read incoming customer email, draft replies, send those replies on your behalf, and apply labels for organization. SwiftCS also uses your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) to identify your SwiftCS account and personalize the dashboard.
