What SwiftCS does
SwiftCS helps WooCommerce merchants run customer support out of their existing Gmail inbox. The product reads incoming customer email, classifies and routes it, drafts context-aware AI replies (using order history, shipping status, and the store's product knowledge base), and lets staff review and send those replies back to customers from the same Gmail account they already use.
SwiftCS also synchronizes order, shipping, and customer data from WooCommerce, UPS, and ShipStation so that the AI has the full picture of each customer's situation before drafting a reply.
How SwiftCS uses Google data
When you sign in with Google, SwiftCS connects to your Gmail account so it can read incoming customer email, draft replies, send those replies on your behalf, and apply labels for organization. SwiftCS also uses your basic Google profile (name, email, profile picture) to identify your SwiftCS account and personalize the dashboard.
